01. General Terms & Conditions

Bd378 is an online Sports Betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between bd378 and each individual who uses its services ("User").

It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Continuing to use bd378's services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service immediately.

1.1 Definition of Services

"Services" at bd378 refers to the website, mobile application, Sports Betting platform, live betting system, payment gateway, customer support, and any other digital services associated with bd378.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. bd378 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and users will be duly notified of any changes.

• These Terms are to be read alongside the Privacy Policy, Responsible Betting Policy, and Bonus Terms and Conditions.
• Any promotional offers or special terms from bd378 are supplementary to these main Terms & Conditions.
• Any agreements a user has with third parties do not affect bd378's Terms and Conditions.

02. Account Registration

A valid account is required to use bd378's services. Each user may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a direct violation of bd378's rules and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

• Correct date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Valid mobile number (linked to Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
• Active email address
• Current residential address

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact bd378 support immediately. bd378 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

03. Age Verification & KYC

Bd378 strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. bd378 may request age verification documents at any time.

• Maximum single bet amount: varies by market and event
• Maximum daily winnings: determined by account level

• If evidence of match fixing or irregularities is found
• If the scheduled overs/minutes of a match are not completed (depending on format)

4.3 Live Betting – Special Rules

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds confirmed by the bd378 system at the time your bet is placed are final. Bets being accepted at different odds due to network delays are a recognized part of bd378's rules.

Bd378 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
